520 _aThe wandering which should attract the clinician’s attention is not that inherent to the patient’s psychopathology, regularly described, but that created by the organisation of contemporary psychiatry. Two clinical situations will shed light on the hypothesis of the impossibility of effectively engaging with subjects in psychiatric units designed to receive theoretical caricatures rather than individuals, deduced from objective data and the ineffective wandering thereby engendered.
