Leur prise en charge doit être rigoureuse, basée sur les recommandations de référence, car elles ont potentiellement un impact pronostique péjoratif. Cet article fait le point sur les données pratiques récentes de la prise en charge des toxicités digestives (nausées/vomissements, diarrhée, constipation, mucite), hématologiques (anémie, thrombopénie, neutropénie, neutropénie avec fièvre), cardiaques (fluoropyrimidines, oxaliplatine) et des réactions infusionnelles des chimiothérapies, en oncologie digestive.
