520			_aREC-la Radio des Foyers, la première radio jamais installée dans un foyer de travailleurs migrants, a proposé entre 2013 et 2016 des émissions sur le thème des migrations et de l’Afrique, ainsi qu’un « micro-trottoir » dans la rue avec les passants du quartier Belleville à Paris. Cet article analyse comment REC a mis au centre de son dispositif la prise de parole des migrants, le dialogue entre local et global et la question de l’altérité au sein d’un espace marginal de la ville où le défi majeur a été de transformer la non-communication avec le quartier en communication interculturelle.

This article analyses how REC placed the migrants’voice, the dialogue between local and global, and the question of otherness at the heart of its media agenda in a marginal area of the city, where the major challenge was to transform non-communication with the neighbourhood into intercultural communication.
