520 _aAccordages is a care system of the University Hospitals of Geneva that offers early intervention to support the parent-baby relationship in a context of family vulnerability. Sociodemographic, medical, and psychiatric data of 24 babies, 22 mothers, and 10 fathers are analyzed at the beginning of treatment. Data on the parents’ mental state, the evolution of the parent-baby relationship, and the baby’s psychological development are collected at the beginning and during treatment. The results suggest an improvement in the quality of the parent-baby relationship, an increase in parental sensitivity, and a development of the baby that remains within the norms.
