Elles offrent à l’accompagnement médical du patient le cadre d’une alliance et d’une orientation éthiques. L’enjeu spirituel de ces directives est lié à l’encouragement de tout ce qui peut favoriser l’accompagnement du patient vers cette lumière intérieure reconquise sur la nuit.
