520 _aFeedback is provided around what is experienced with a new-born child affected by a debilitating disease both during stays within the paedopsychiatric service at the Amiens University Hospital and then home hospitalisation. The perinatal psychic care team accompanied the family within the scope of therapeutic application of observation of the infant according to the Esther Bick method. This work, that was initiated in the hospital but then pursued at home, addressed restoration of the parental function allowing for a relational psychic skin to be developed and an astonishing and particularly vivacious quality of relations to be deployed. The work meant the infant was able to remain at home for extensive periods.
