520			_aRésuméLa théorie de lecteur modèle est une notion sémiotique d’Umberto Eco qui invite à penser la place du lecteur dans le processus de création d’une œuvre. Il s’agit d’un concept nomade déjà transposé dans la clinique par certains auteurs pour penser le « patient modèle » des institutions. Dans cette même perspective, nous nous proposons ici de décrire une théorie de « l’interne modèle », c’est-à-dire de considérer l’internat, dans sa formation théorique et pratique, comme un livre attendant d’être lu. Quelle place et quel degré de liberté pour l’interne ? Comment penser la coopération entre internes et enseignants ? Peut-on envisager une co-construction de notre formation ? Il s’agira surtout de nous aider à mieux penser la complexité du processus de formation en psychiatrie et d’en dégager des pistes éthiques et épistémologiques.
520			_aThe theory of the “internal model”The theory of the “model reader” is a semiotic concept of Umberto Eco who invites us to think, in the place of the reader, about the process of creating a work. This is a nomad concept already transposed into a clinical setting by some authors in order to think about the “model patient” in institutions. Based on this same perspective, we propose to describe a theory of the “internal model” that is to say, to consider the Internet for theoretical and practical training, like a book waiting to be read. What place and degree of freedom should be given to the resident? How should we consider a co-construction between residents and teachers? Could we envisage a co-construction of our training programme? This should most of all help us think better about the complexity of the procedure of psychiatric training and to identify the possible ethical and epistemological pathways.
520			_aLa teoría del “médico interno modelo”La teoría del lector modelo es una noción semiótica de Umberto Eco que sugiere pensar el lugar del lector en el proceso creativo de una obra. Se trata de un concepto nómada ya transferido en la clínica por algunos autores para pensar el “paciente modelo” de las instituciones. En esta misma perspectiva, proponemos aquí describir una teoría del “interno modelo” es decir considerar el internado, en su formación teórica y práctica, como un libro que espera a que lo lean. ¿ Qué lugar y qué grado de libertad tiene el interno ? ¿ Cómo pensar la cooperación entre internos y docentes ? ¿ Puede contemplarse una co-construcción de nuestra formación ? Se tratará sobre todo de ayudarnos a pensar mejor la complejidad del proceso de formación en psiquiatría y despejar las pistas éticas y epistemológicas del mismo.
