Clinical care relating to contemporary migrations confronts us with a real challenge when addressing subjects who belong to different cultures, speak different languages and bear with them traumatic experiences that are both singular and plural. Through the example of a Photolangage® mediated group with unaccompanied former minors, it is seen how the group psychoanalytic model can prove to be an original approach to improve understanding and enhance clinical treatment.
