520			_aRésuméEn permettant d’aborder les rapports entre techno science et société du point de vue des droits fondamentaux, la bioéthique et les comités auxquels elle a donné naissance apparaissent comme l’outil capable de nous permettre de maîtriser ses nouveaux rapports humains dans leur dimension sociale. Pour les pays d’Amérique latine, la bioéthique est ainsi un levier nécessaire pour renforcer les rapports avec le droit en donnant la capacité à nos sociétés de répondre aux questions concrètes touchant l’accès aux soins et la citoyenneté sociale.
520			_aBy allowing us to tackle the relations between techno-science and society from the point of view of fundamental rights, bioethics and the committees which it has spawned appear to be the tool that is able to allow us to control its new human relations in their social dimension. For the countries of Latin America, bioethics is a necessary lever to reinforce relations with the law by giving our societies the ability to answer the concrete questions that affect access to care and social citizenship.
