520			_aLa loi de bioéthique du 2 août 2021 a ouvert l’AMP aux couples de femmes permettant ainsi à l’enfant d’avoir deux femmes comme parentes, bouleversant ainsi le droit de la filiation. Le législateur a créé un outil inédit d’établissement de la filiation par le sang, la reconnaissance conjointe. Malgré son appellation, cette reconnaissance conjointe ne s’applique pourtant qu’à la femme qui n’a pas accouché, créant une filiation inégalitaire entre les deux femmes, et s’insère difficilement dans le droit commun de la filiation par le sang.

The legislator has created a new tool for establishing filiation by blood, the joint recognition. Despite its name, this joint recognition only applies to the woman who has not given birth, creating unequal filiation between the two women, and does not fit easily into the common law of filiation by blood.
