520			_aL’analyse de la complexité et de l’interactivité dans la production des normes sociales entre sciences et techniques, d’une part, droit et éthique, d’autre part, doit être notre premier souci car sans regard lucide et approfondi sur l’enchevêtrement des réalités fragmentées, voire opposées, qui forment notre monde, non seulement nous perdons toute forme de liberté collective mais surtout nous favorisons le totalitarisme réducteur et la confrontation guerrière.C’est au regard de cette perspective qu’il convient d’examiner si la révision de la Recommandation de 1974 sur la condition et la responsabilité du chercheur scientifique est susceptible d’apporter des éléments pertinents de réponse à ces changements.
