520			_aRésuméL’article relate la thérapie ethnopsy d’un jeune toxicomane d’origine marocaine. Les interprétations traditionnelles évoquées par le patient lui-même ou par ses thérapeutes (malédiction, « baraka », frayeur, possession, problème autour de la circoncision), ainsi que l’interprétation des rêves et des cauchemars (en termes psychanalytiques et traditionnels), permettent un travail d’élaboration psychique qui aboutit à la levée du symptôme. Une brève discussion suit le récit clinique, concernant la fonction du cauchemar et de la mise en acte du point de vue métapsychologique.
520			_aKarim and his first « shoot » : an adolescent who doesn’t know whom he belongs to This article exposes the ethnopsychanalytic therapy of a young Moroccan drug-addicted. The traditionnal interpretations evocated by the patient himself or by the therapists (malediction, “barraka”, fear, possession, problems around the circumcision) as well as the dream’s and nightmare’s interpretation (following the psychanalytical and the traditionnal references) allow the psychic elaboration’s work that will lead to the symptom’s dissapearance. A short discussion follows the clinical case study, about the function of the nightmare and the acting through from a metapsychological point of view.

Las interpretaciones tradicionales mencionadas por el propio paciente o por sus terapeutas (maldición, “suerte”, susto, posesión, problema en torno a la circuncisión) así como la interpretación de los sueños y pesadillas (en términos psicoanalíticos y tradicionales) permiten un trabajo de elaboración psíquico que consigue el levantamiento del síntoma. Un breve debate sigue el relato clínico, por lo que se refiere a la función de la pesadilla y la puesta publica desde el punto de vista métapsychologique.
