520			_aTandis que la Drôle de Guerre est l’occasion d’une première confrontation avec la réglementation et la réquisition, la signature de l’armistice marque pour les entreprises résinières françaises le début d’un dialogue complexe avec le gouvernement de Vichy et les occupants. Dans un contexte de graves restrictions (matières premières, main-d’œuvre, moyens de transport), les autorités allemandes parviennent à tirer profit des atouts du tissu économique forestier, puisqu’ils parviennent à intégrer à leur économie de guerre cette richesse tirée du sol. L’organisation de la filière depuis 1939 autour d’une Union corporative des résineux (UCR) a été d’une importance capitale.
