520			_aLa reconnaissance des personnes accompagnées passe par la reconnaissance des accompagnants, de leurs valeurs métiers et plus largement de la justice sociale entre humains. Cette reconnaissance nécessite un processus « par le bas » partant de la demande avec autrui, se différenciant d’une approche « par le haut » partant de mandats politiques pour ou/et sur autrui. Car si le travail social a une obligation de moyens centrés sur la relation, l’écoute et la parole, il n’a pas d’obligation de résultat comme veulent l’imposer de plus en plus de gouvernants institutionnels comme politiques. Dans la tourmente des archipels générés par l’idéologie gestionnaire, les travailleurs sociaux sont en souffrance comme les canaris des mines qui sentent venir le coup de grisou, appelant à (re)faire société, « retrouver l’individu acteur de l’association qu’il forme avec les autres » pour ensemble (re)construire un monde commun.
520			_aThe recognition of the people being supported by social workers is linked to the recognition of the social workers themselves; of their professional values and, more broadly, of social justice among human beings. This recognition requires a “bottom-up” approach starting with demand stemming from others, as opposed to a “top-down” approach starting from political mandates for and/or on others. For if social work has an obligation of duty centered on relationships, on listening and speaking, it does not have any obligation based on results, as more and more governing institutuons and political leaders want it to have. In the turmoil of the archipelagos generated by managerial ideology, social workers are suffering like the canaries in the mines that feel the blast coming, calling for the (re)creation of society, “rediscovering the individual through the association they form with others” to (re)build a common world together.
