Ce principe démontré, cet article interroge ensuite la posture agentive et patientive du personnel soignant telle qu’elle est révélée par les structures en JE et ON, dans le but de rendre compte du degré d’agentivité verbalement rendu par une trentaine de soignants de l’AP-HP interrogés au terme de la première année de Covid-19.

Having demonstrated this principle, this paper then examines the agentive and patient posture of the health care personnel as expressed by the JE and ON structures, with the aim of reporting on the degree of agentivity verbally expressed by more than thirty AP-HP health-care personnel who were interviewed at the end of the first year of Covid-19.
