Il s’agit notamment de s’interroger sur l’importance de ses composantes religieuses et théologiques à travers les expressions « piété envers la patrie » et « dévotion envers la patrie », en les confrontant au souci de l’efficacité politique mais aussi aux prescriptions de la raison.
