520			_aDepuis le 22 février 2019, l’Algérie est entrée dans une phase tout à fait inédite de son histoire. La mobilisation populaire massive, pacifique et déterminée qui s’est exprimée durant plus d’une année par des marches hebdomadaires dans les villes du pays est l’expression d’une profonde fracture au sein de la société entre la population et ses dirigeants.Si de nombreux indicateurs étaient au rouge, c‘est dans les évolutions profondes de la société qu’il faut lire et comprendre les dynamiques en cours. Une rupture générationnelle est en train de s’opérer, annonciatrice d’une nouvelle temporalité historique, mettant au-devant de la scène des groupes sociaux revendiquant un nouveau contrat social, une nouvelle société.
