Following a recurrent request from children for arguments and perspectives for an honest hope, we have referred to words from the Psalms. Surprisingly, we have experienced that children discover themselves in the words of the Psalms of lament, find through them a language to express anguish which would otherwise remain unspoken and, finally, through the Psalms’ words of trust they access a new basic and consoling perception of the reality of God in Jesus’s hope. | ||
