Les données utilisées dans cette étude sont annuelles et elles couvrent la période 1972-2013 au niveau national et la période 1977-2012 au niveau régional. Les auteurs utilisent aussi la technique de la cointégration et le modèle à correction d’erreur pour mesurer l’impact du développement touristique sur la croissance économique en Tunisie. Enfin, ils montrent les difficultés du tourisme saharien à dépasser les limites du tourisme de masse balnéaire. | ||

This kind of activity is intended to boost the tourism activity in Tunisia.First of all, the authors show the limits of the analysis of welfare economics. Then, they use an approach in terms of indicators in sustainable tourism and time series econometrics. The data used in this study are annual, covering the period 1972-2013 at the national level and the period 1977-2012 at the regional level. The authors use also the techniques of cointegration and the error correction model to measure the impact of the tourism development on the Tunisian economic growth.
