520			_aNotre recherche se propose d’examiner les perspectives de la gouvernance biotechnologique par l’entreprenariat universitaire marocaine. La gouvernance de la R&D en biotechnologie peut être comme une stratégie alternative au développement technologique et économique au Maroc guidé par l’entreprenariat universitaire comme le cas de la Corée, la Chine et l’Inde. Notre cadre théorique s’est basé sur une approche institutionnelle et notre méthodologie sur la démarche expérimentale-inductive. Le diagnostic de la capacité entrepreneuriale marocaine actuelle est enrichi par une étude de terrain au niveau des laboratoires de recherches en biotechnologie au Maroc.La validation de notre hypothèse centrale, qui stipule : une politique de la gouvernance biotechnologique au Maroc basée sur l’entreprenariat universitaire en biotechnologie possible en s’appuyant sur la recherche scientifique locale, est testée positivement d’une part. D’autre part l’identification de l’état des lieux de la recherche en biotechnologie en termes de management, d’investissements et des moyens dont disposent les directeurs des laboratoires de recherches en biotechnologie est testé négatif. 520			_aOur research aims to examine the prospects of the governance biotechnology by Moroccan academic entrepreneurship. Biotechnological governance can be an alternative strategy, to development technological and economic in Morocco guided by academic entrepreneurship as the case of Korea, China and India. Our theoretical framework was based on an institutional approach and our methodology on the experimental-inductive approach. Our diagnosis of the current Moroccan entrepreneurial capacity is enriched by a field study at the level of biotechnology research laboratories in Morocco. The validation of our central hypothesis, which states : a policy of biotechnological governance in Morocco, based on academic entrepreneurship in biotechnology is possible, relying on local scientific research, is tested positively on the one hand. On the other hand, the identification of the state of biotechnology research in terms of management, investments and the means available to biotechnology in the laboratories is tested negative.
