520			_aRésuméLa neutralité, notion malléable, est à bien des égards indissolublement liée à la définition du droit d’asile, du moins est-ce ainsi qu’au cours des années 1930, elle est envisagée tant par les autorités fédérales que par les exilés politiques. Le mythe d’une Suisse indépendante, libre et humanitaire est alors inséparable du dogme brandi de la neutralité. Cependant, entre égoïsme national, anticommunisme et antisémitisme latent, neutralité et droit d’asile s’apparenteront toujours plus à une adaptation graduelle au nouvel ordre européen fasciste.

The myth of an independent, free and humane Switzerland was then indivisible from the brandished dogma of neutrality. However, due to national selfishness, latent anticommunism and anti-Semitism, neutrality and the right of asylum will be more and more related by a gradual adaptation to the new fascistic European order.
