520			_aRésuméL’apprentissage attire un nombre croissant d’étudiants de l’enseignement supérieur. La qualité de cette formation s’évalue notamment par la satisfaction des apprentis. La combinaison d’une vie professionnelle et d’une vie scolaire influence t-elle ce jugement à l’égard de l’apprentissage ? L’analyse menée auprès d’apprentis du supérieur démontre que plus ils sont satisfaits de leur apprentissage, plus ils s’engagent pour l’entreprise. Le soutien organisationnel et l’enrichissement Travail-Ecole sont des leviers à cette satisfaction.

Is the combinaison of professional life and student life influential with respect to apprenticeship ?
