Cette contribution présente les défis liés à l’utilisation par les VIM des outils existant pour mesurer la performance sociale des IMF, avec notamment le passage d’une vision restreinte et quantitative de la performance sociale à une approche plus large et qualitative.

This paper presents the available tools for measuring MFIs’ social performance and the challenges for MIVs to use them, notably by showing how the sector has evolved from a narrow and quantitative view of social performance to a wider and more qualitative approach.
