520			_aRésuméLa filière universitaire de médecine générale est apparue en 2008 et s’instaure progressivement dans les études médicales, notamment dans le deuxième cycle. L’objectif était de décrire l’évolution de l’attirance des étudiants en quatrième année de médecine de Lille pour la médecine générale, à travers les évaluations du séminaire obligatoire de la discipline sur quatre années (2012 à 2015). L’attirance des étudiants pour la médecine générale a progressé. Les étudiants sont de plus en plus nombreux à avoir des notions sur la discipline médecine générale. Ils plébiscitent la rencontre précoce avec la médecine générale au cours de leur cursus.
