Le procès qui lui est fait est en partie justifié : le franc CFA profite d’abord aux élites rentières. La réforme est à l’ordre du jour. Elle doit toucher aux symboles qui cristallisent les critiques, mais surtout aux mécanismes qui doivent permettre de mieux financer les économies et contribuer à réduire les facteurs d’inégalités et de pauvreté.
