| 520 | _aSpheroids and organoids are cellular models capable of selforganisation in 3 dimensions in vitro and which mimic the organisation of an organ. The oviduct, located between the ovary and the uterus, is the site of final gamete maturation, fertilisation and early embryonic development. Our objective is to develop oviduct spheroids and organoids to better understand the roles of this organ in the mechanisms of sperm storage and selection by the maternal organism, as well as in the embryo-maternal dialogue during the development of the young embryo. | ||
| 520 | _aLes sphéroïdes et les organoïdes sont des modèles cellulaires capables de s’auto-organiser en trois dimensions in vitro et qui permettent de mimer l’organisation d’un organe.L’oviducte, situé entre l’ovaire et l’utérus, est le lieu de la maturation finale des gamètes, de la fécondation et du développement embryonnaire précoce. Notre objectif est de développer des sphéroïdes et des organoïdes d’oviducte pour mieux comprendre les rôles de cet organe dans les mécanismes de stockage et de sélection des spermatozoïdes par l’organisme maternel, ainsi que dans le dialogue embryomaternel lors du développement du jeune embryon. | ||
