520			_aPour éclairer le rôle du management des systèmes productifs et technologiques actuels qui nous conduisent dans une impasse nous opposons à titre exploratoire deux formes, interrogeant en particulier les apports d’un bio-management inspiré du fonctionnement de la nature. L’analyse du rôle ambivalent joué par le numérique met en avant la nécessité d’une bifurcation. Pour accompagner le changement de trajectoire, quelques pistes sont proposées, dont l’usage d’une nouvelle méthodologie d’organisation de l’information qui permet un management dans les liens, à échelle humaine.
520			_aIn order to shed light on the role of management of current production and technological systems which lead us to a dead end, we contrast two forms of management, questioning in particular the contributions of a bio-management inspired by the functioning of nature. The analysis of the ambivalent role played by the digital world highlights the need for a bifurcation. To support the change of trajectory, a few avenues are proposed, including the use of a new methodology for organizing information that allows management in links, on a human scale.
