520			_aRésuméCet article présente les conditions de conception d’un séminaire destiné à former des apprenants à la négociation. Les résultats obtenus, placés dans une problématique double, à savoir garder une dimension anthropologique et transmettre des concepts clés dans un contexte souple, sont présentés. Dans un processus circulaire, les résultats obtenus ont enrichi la simulation, contribuant ainsi à l’amélioration de ces séminaires et au développement de l’aptitude à la médiation en négociation.
