De la crèche à l’université, en ce qui concerne le parcours « scolaire », mais aussi de la formation professionnelle à l’emploi en entreprise. Favoriser la formation professionnelle dans le cadre de Projet personnalisé de scolarisation à finalité qualifiante, voire diplômante, notamment dans les Instituts médico-professionnels, doit être un engagement sociétal fort. Former de jeunes apprentis en situation de handicap, leur donner accès aux savoir-faire et savoir-être d’une profession dans laquelle il puisse s’épanouir et s’inscrire comme citoyens, par l’accession à une certification des compétences générales, spécifiques et techniques. | ||

This principle is applicable from the day care center to the university with respect to schooling, but it also applies to vocational training for employment in companies.
