520			_aRésuméLes transformations qui touchent aujourd’hui l’ensemble des organisations prennent leur fondement dans la mutation d’un régime économique qui pousse celles-ci à mesurer l’efficacité du salarié dans son seul rapport à la rentabilité financière. Ce régime se traduit par une montée inquiétante des phénomènes destructeurs et autodestructeurs.C’est dans ce contexte de signification que vient s’inscrire l’essor de la catégorisation des risques psychosociaux dont on peut se demander si elle n’est pas une nouvelle construction pour désamorcer les conflits sociaux qui pourraient surgir de cette augmentation explosive du malaise dans les organisations. Le risque à prévenir ne serait pas tant celui pris par les salariés que celui que ces salariés feraient courir à la rentabilité attendue de l’organisation.

This settlement results in a frightening growth of destructive and self-destructive phenomena.It is in this context of meaning that psychosocial risks categorization finds its place and development.One can ask whether it is, or not, a new construction in order to forestall social conflicts which could spring up from this explosive growth of malaise in the organizations. The risk to prevent may not be the one taken by the employees but that they could put the expected profitability of organization at risk.
