Pour ce faire, et préalablement, il mettra en parallèle les deux faces du travail salarié : son volet réifié (première partie : de l’aliénation à l’auto-autorité) et son volet créatif (deuxième partie : de la perruque au hacking) pour déboucher sur une proposition (troisième partie : un dispositif institutionnel au service de tous) visant à promouvoir, à l’intérieur même de l’organisation du travail pathogène actuelle, les potentialités créatrices toujours présentes de ceux qui travaillent.

To do this, and beforehand, it will compare the two sides of wage labor: its reified aspect (first part: from alienation to self-authority) and its creative aspect (second part: from wigs to hacking) to lead to a proposal (third part: an Institutional Device at the service of all) aimed at promoting, within the very organization of current pathogenic work, the ever-present creative potential of those who work.
