520			_aRésumé La plupart représentant le libéralisme conservateur soutien de la monarchie, mais certains concourant sous les couleurs du traditionalisme, du nationalisme basque ou du républicanisme, une poignée de très importants industriels de la province ont occupé les 4/5e des sièges pour la Biscaye à la Chambre des députés, entre l’instauration du suffrage universel et le coup d’État de Primo de Rivera. L’article montre comment en articulant les lieux de pouvoir et d’influence dans la province et au Parlement cette oligarchie s’est constituée en véritable « bloc de pouvoir » à l’échelle nationale.
520			_aMost of the major industrial manufacturers from Biscay represented the conservative liberalism and supported the monarchy, but some of them competed under the flag of traditionalism, from Basque nationalism to republicanism. Only a handful of them occupied about four-fifths of the seats for Biscay at the Chamber of Deputy, from the introduction of universal suffrage to Miguel Primo de Rivera’s military coup. This paper shows how this oligarchy became a real « bloc of power » on a national level linking together the areas of power and influence in the province and at the Parliament.
520			_aDe la implantación del sufragio universal al golpe de Primo de Rivera un puñado de grandes industriales se hicieron con el ochenta por ciento de los escaños de diputados a Cortes por Vizcaya: sobre todo representaron el liberalismo dinástico, también algunos el tradicionalismo, el nacionalismo vasco o el republicanismo. El artículo muestra cómo la peculiar vinculación que establecieron entre poder económico y político en Vizcaya y fuerza de influencia en Madrid configuró esta oligarquía provincial como verdadero « bloque de poder » a ascala del Estado.
