They study the difficulties raised by their set-up : the elaborative dimension comes up against the defensive closure of the projective adhesion in psychosis. Thus it is shown that the transferential configuration is crucial in the mediation : the framework constitutes a screen to the fragmenting anxiety which contains delusion and introduces a space for creativity which can compensate for the absence of sublimation.
