520			_aLes conduites de retrait volontaire au domicile, très observées au Japon, se rencontrent également chez les adolescents français. Au-delà d’une catégorisation diagnostique trop réductrice et peu pertinente, elles sollicitent une mobilisation d’un registre originaire tel qu’il peut se déployer dans le fantasme de retour dans le ventre de la mère, tout en signant un achoppement dans la dynamique qui l’accompagne. Faute de pouvoir scénariser une fantasmatisation inscrite dans un registre œdipien, ces adolescents s’engagent dans un masculin paradoxal, de retournement en son contraire et de renversement sur soi pour renforcer un moi défaillant, et un narcissisme infiltré d’idéal, vestige des achoppements fantasmatiques des figures parentales.

Más allá de una categorización diagnóstica demasiado reductora y poco pertinente, ellas solicitan la movilización de un registro originario tal como se despliega en el fantasma de regreso al vientre materno, manifestando al mismo tiempo un obstáculo en la dinámica que lo acompaña. Al no poder articular narrativamente una fantasmatización inscrita en un registro edípico, estos adolescentes se ubican en un masculino paradojal, de retorno en su contrario y de vuelco sobre sí mismos para reforzar un yo que falla y un narcisismo infiltrado de ideal, vestigios de los obstáculos fantasmáticos de las figuras parentales.
