À travers l’exemple du conseil citoyen du quartier Gagarine à Romainville, cet article montre que l’intégration de la conflictualité dans le processus de délibération constitue une condition de la co-construction. Il propose une analyse critique de l’indexation de la légitimité du conseil citoyen sur sa représentativité et de la permanence de la délégation politique dans les dispositifs participatifs. | ||
