Ils peuvent également se révéler être un précieux outil susceptible de montrer les fondements de la mise en place d’un sujet dans ses éléments les plus originels de sa structure. L’étude du rêve du « père mort » rapporté par Freud et réétudié par Lacan montre que le refoulement opère sur les représentants de la représentation qu’il identifiera aux signifiants et que le sujet se constitue comme « ne sachant pas », ce qui souligne la nécessaire création d’un symbole de la négation pour que l’inconscient puisse advenir. L’échec de cette symbolisation primordiale signe la psychose, laisse l’inconscient à ciel ouvert et le sujet psychotique en proie aux hallucinations. | ||
