| 520 | _aTo improve service quality and reduce management costs, social landlords are stepping up the number of “social innovation” schemes, particularly those with an educational focus. The pedagogical approach linked to resident participation can be applied in a variety of ways, as shown in this article by the analysis of two action-research projects. The first, as part of the INCREASE Valorisation sociale project, is being carried out in the Boulogne-sur-Mer conurbation by the European Regional Development Fund, with the aim of resolving the problems of fuel poverty and the social and professional integration of households. The second, the SAPHIR program, is part of a call for projects issued by the Agence Régionale de la Santé Île-de-France to “reduce social inequalities in health”. Faced with these two initiatives, this article looks at the educational spaces created by third-party players using participatory approaches in these housing developments. It shows how these programs transform social housing into an educational space, enabling tenants to act and develop new skills, and social landlords to adapt their management methods. | ||
| 520 | _aPour améliorer la qualité de service et réduire les coûts de gestion, les bailleurs sociaux multiplient les dispositifs « d’innovation sociale », notamment ceux à vocation pédagogique. La démarche pédagogique liée à la participation des habitant·es peut se décliner de différentes manières, ainsi que le montre dans cet article l’analyse de deux dispositifs de recherche-action. Le premier, dans le cadre du projet INCREASE Valorisation sociale, est mené dans l’agglomération de Boulogne-sur-Mer, grâce à un financement du Fonds européen de développement régional qui veut résoudre les problèmes de précarité énergétique et les difficultés d’insertion sociale et professionnelle des ménages. Le deuxième dispositif, le programme SAPHIR, s’inscrit dans un appel à projets de l’Agence régionale de santé Île-de-France relative à la « réduction des inégalités sociales de santé ». Face à ces deux démarches, cet article s’interroge sur les espaces pédagogiques créés par les protagonistes avec des approches participatives dans ces ensembles immobiliers. Il montre comment ces programmes transforment le logement social en un espace pédagogique permettant d’une part aux locataires d’agir et de développer des compétences nouvelles, d’autre part aux bailleurs sociaux d’adapter leurs modes de gestion. | ||
