Il met notamment en évidence l’évolution des rapports de force entre aînés et cadets qui se manifeste sous le couvert d’une active politique locale de « folklorisation culturelle » et de « revitalisation des traditions ».

He underscores, most importantly, the evolution of power relations between elders and the youth. This is taking place under the cover of « cultural folklorization » and the « revitalization of tradition », which should be seen as local political activities.
