520			_aRésuméPour faire face à l’hétérogénéité des publics et aux différents modes de traitement rapproché, des formes contemporaines de l’organisation des professions sociales s’inscrivent de plus en plus dans un modèle pragmatique managérial. Il en résulte un déplacement progressif du cadre de référence de l’activité des intervenants professionnels et principalement les travailleurs sociaux, qui tend à passer d’une intervention sectorielle-catégorielle à une intervention globale et intersectorielle, d’une programmation pluriannuelle à un projet ciblé et expérimenté, d’un travail à long terme à un résultat immédiat et évaluable. Ceux-ci ont pour objectif, selon les promoteurs de ce modèle managérial, d’améliorer la gestion des ressources locales et de rapprocher les institutions publiques des usagers d’une part, et favoriser l’implication des citoyens à la prise en charge de leurs problèmes, à l’insertion dans le quartier (ou la gestion de la cité) et à renouer des liens sociaux d’autre part2.
520			_aTo face heterogeneousness of the publics and the different modes of approached treatment, contemporary forms of the organisation of social professions fit in more and more with a managerial pragmatic model.It leads to a progressive shift of the reference frame of the activity of professional interveners and mainly social workers, which tends to move from a sectorial-sectional intervention towards a global and intersectorial intervention, from a programming of several years to a targeted and tested project, from a long-term work to a immediate and assessable result. Their objective, according to the promoters of that managerial model, is, on the one hand, to improve the management of local ressources and bring closer the public institutions of the users, and on the other hand, favour the involvement of the citizens in tackling their problems, in getting integrated in the neighbourhood (or in the management of the city) and in the re-building of social links.
