Sur le double bind et ceux de Rund, Singer et Wynne sur la communication deviance et sur les exprimed emotions ; ce mode majeur d’entrée dans la psychose implique un long apprentissage lié à un mode très particulier de communication familiale. Il propose ici la description d’une seconde modalité de construction de la schizophrénie. Cette seconde modalité d’entrée dans la schizophrénie ne semble pas mettre en jeu les mêmes processus : elle relèverait plutôt d’une incapacité individuelle à apprendre la règle du jeu social. Ces remarques ouvrent à des stratégies psychothérapeutiques différentes. | ||
