520			_aCette contribution met en exergue une analyse relative à l’évolution des relations de coopération entre membres d’un réseau international pris dans des espaces transactionnels et transitionnels. La contextualisation des situations de travail permet d’interroger ces espaces pour observer des logiques qui ont conduit les membres à marquer leur opposition ou, au contraire, à conforter leur coopération à travers leur pratique de formation, de recherche et de développement. Ainsi s’interroge-t-on, d’une part, sur l’origine des conflits cristallisés par des postures répondant à de nouvelles exigences inhérentes aux mutations de l’enseignement supérieur, et d’autre part, sur les conditions de réalisation de compromis formels et informels. Au bout du compte, dans un environnement interculturel qu’impose le développement de l’internationalisation de l’offre de formation et des pratiques de recherche, le projet coopératif entre les membres de ce réseau international interuniversitaire s’en trouve-t-il affaibli ou à l’inverse, renforcé ?
520			_aThis contribution presents an analysis concerning the evolution of the cooperative relationship between the members of a worldwide network taken in transactional and transitional spaces. The contextualization of the situations of work makes it possible to study these spaces in order to analyze the logics leading the members either to express their opposition or, on the contrary, to assert their co-operation through their training, research and development practices. Therefore, our study focuses, on the one hand, on the origins of the conflicts crystallized by postures answering new requirements inherent to the changes in higher education, and, on the other hand, on the terms of formal and informal compromises. In the end, in an intercultural environment imposed by the development of the internationalization of the offer of training and research practices, is the co-operative project between the members of this international higher education network being weakened or, on the contrary, is it being reinforced ?
