520			_aAgir pour la protection de l’enfance n’est plus seulement s’attacher au fait qui conduit à la mise en danger d’un mineur, mais à son anticipation : le risque de danger. Cette nouvelle conception de l’évaluation sociale renvoie désormais à la responsabilité des professionnels et des citoyens fédérés autour d’un même cadre instrumental : l’ information préoccupante, définie par la loi du 5 mars 2007 rénovant la protection de l’enfance. À partir de la grille d’analyse du care, la finalité est de comprendre l’essor et les effets de la reformulation du champ de l’enfance en danger au cours des années 2000 en s’attachant à décrire les enjeux sociaux et politiques qu’elle soulève.

This new conception of the social evaluation sends back from now on to the responsibility of the professionals and the federated citizens around the very same instrumental frame: preoccupying information define by the Law of 5 March 2007 renovating the protection of children. From the analysis grid of care, the purpose is to understand the growth and the effects of the reformulation of the field concerning the children in danger during the years 2000 by focusing on describing the social and political stakes that it raises.
