| 520 | _aAprès avoir longtemps constitué un « impensé » politique, la lutte contre les discriminations (LCD) constitue depuis les années 1990 un espace public, avec un dispositif d’ actions et un réseau d’ acteurs. Ce long chemin de traverse suivi par l’ évolution actuelle de sa prise en charge politique toujours inachevée est révélateur de la complexité de cet objet et de la difficulté de son traitement. Le texte présente les principaux résultats d’ une étude conduite en partenariat avec les grandes institutions de LCD, qui permettent de mieux comprendre la nature des relations qui se tissent entre l’ État, les acteurs impliqués sur ce champ et les « citoyens-victimes » qui cherchent à valider les normes juridiques et sociales prohibant la discrimination. | ||

The long crossing road, followed by the current evolution of its still unfinished political management, reveals the complexity of this object and the difficulty of its treatment.
