520			_aRésumé : Alors que la notion d’intérêt supérieur de l’enfant a été consacrée par la Convention internationale des droits de l’enfant, le législateur français a longtemps préféré la notion d’intérêt de l’enfant, même si ces deux concepts peuvent être compris différemment. Il apparait alors nécessaire d’analyser les raisons et les manifestations de ce choix initial du législateur ainsi que sa récente utilisation par le législateur et le Conseil constitutionnel.
520			_aWhile the Convention on the Rights of the Child consecrated the notion of the child’s best interests, the French legislator preferred for a long time the notion of child’s interests, even though these two notions could be understood differently. Therefore, it seems necessary to analyse the reasons and manifestations of this legislator’s first choice as well as its recent use by the French legislator and Constitutional Council (“Conseil constitutionnel”).
