520			_aThis article presents the results of a research action which brought together, for 6 months, on collective and individual occasions, sixteen professionals from a Accomodation and Social Reintegration Center in the North of France and 8 young people housed in this establishment. This article thus makes it possible to make visible the initiatives already developed by the Home of Flanders to support the support of young people toward housing and prevent disruptions in their path. Our results point out the strengths and limits of existing practices and systems as they were expressed by the participants but also the questions that emerge from both sides, in the encounter with the Other, whether this other is a young person in accommodation, social worker, administrative agent or technical staff. At a time of “housing first” and the gradual dissemination of the principles of what seems to represent a new paradigm for action, it seems to us that this work undertaken by (with) the Home of Flanders team has made it possible to bring into discussion several central issues of these new orientations and would deserve to be generalized in other establishments in France.
520			_aCet article présente les résultats d’une recherche-action qui a associé pendant six mois, sur des temps collectifs et individuels, seize professionnels du CHRS du Nord de la France et huit jeunes hébergés dans cet établissement. Le présent article permet ainsi de rendre visible les initiatives déjà développées par le Home des Flandres pour soutenir l’accompagnement des jeunes vers le logement et prévenir les ruptures de parcours. Nos résultats pointent les atouts et les limites des pratiques et dispositifs existants tels qu’ils ont pu être exprimés par les participants mais aussi les questionnements qui émergent de part et d’autre, dans la rencontre avec l’Autre, que cet autre soit jeune hébergé, travailleur social, agent administratif ou personnel technique. À l’heure du « logement d’abord » et de la diffusion progressive des principes de ce qui semble faire figure de nouveau paradigme pour l’action, il nous semble que ce travail engagé avec cette équipe a permis de mettre en discussion plusieurs enjeux centraux de ces nouvelles orientations et mériterait d’être généralisé dans d’autres établissements en France.
