520			_aRésuméL’objectif de cette étude descriptive est d’analyser la relation existante entre le coopérativisme et le capital social communautaire. Ceci en tenant compte du fait que la possibilité de participer dans l’entreprise (possibilité offerte par la coopérative aux travailleurs) conditionne le capital social organisationnel (c’est-à-dire les relations internes à l’organisation) et celui-ci à son tour le capital social communautaire. Pour analyser cette relation entre coopérativisme et capital social communautaire, nous avons travaillé avec l’Enquête « Capital Social » de EUSTAR réalisée en 2007. Les résultats suggèrent que les habitants de municipalités à haute densité d’emploi coopératif ont une meilleure perception des variables liées au capital social. Les résultats suggèrent aussi que les coopérateurs ont une perception différente du capital social que les non-coopérateurs.
520			_aThe objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between cooperative enterprise and community social capital. The interest in this analysis arises from the opportunity for workers to participate in the enterprise offered by the cooperative business structure. This opportunity could affect organizational social capital (i.e. relationships internal to the organization) which, in turn, could affect community social capital. The authors use the Basque Statistics Agency’s (EUSTAT) Social Capital Survey from 2007 to carry out this analysis. Results suggest that the inhabitants of municipalities with relatively high cooperative employment density have more positive perceptions of variables related to social capital than inhabitants of municipalities with relatively low cooperative employment density. Results further indicate that the perceptions of social capital of worker-members of cooperative firms differ from those of ordinary non-member workers in conventional organizations.
520			_aResumenEl objetivo de este estudio descriptivo es analizar la relación existente entre el cooperativismo y el capital social comunitario, teniendo en cuenta que la posibilidad de participar en la empresa que la cooperativa ofrece a las personas trabajadoras condiciona el capital social organizacional (ej. relaciones internas a la organización) y este a su vez el capital social comunitario. Para analizar dicha relación entre cooperativismo y capital social comunitario se ha trabajado con la Encuesta de Capital Social de EUSTAT realizada en el año 2007. Los resultados sugieren que los habitantes de municipios con alta densidad de empleo cooperativo tienen una mejor percepción sobre las variables relacionadas con el capital social. Los resultados también sugieren que los cooperativistas tienen una percepción distinta del capital social que los no cooperativistas.
