520			_aSi la politique du livre en Bretagne résulte du travail symbolique de définition légitime de la culture par l’institution régionale, elle est également le fruit de transformations, de représentations et d’usages différenciés de la culture. Ainsi, les revendications d’une culture « régionale », par « le(s) mouvement(s) breton(s) » à partir des années 1960 participent – dans les ajustements, compromis et rapports de force engagés avec les acteurs publics pour la mise en place de structures chargées de la valorisation et de la diffusion de la culture bretonne – tout autant à l’introduction d’une catégorie d’intervention publique, « la culture », qu’à l’émergence d’une nouvelle institution : « la région ». Aussi, comprendre en quoi le livre constitue un enjeu politique pour un ensemble d’acteurs hétérogènes c’est retracer le processus de légitimation d’une définition « régionale » de la culture.

This, by adjustments, compromises and confrontations involved with the public institutions for the making of the structures in charged with the valorization and broadcasting of the Breton culture. Moreover, understand why the book represents a political issue for a group of heterogeneous actors, is processing again the legitimation of a “regional” definition of the culture.
