520			_aRésuméAprès avoir présenté la situation clinique particulière des arrêts précoces d’allaitement en maternité ainsi que le projet de recherche clinique, l’auteur propose quelques pistes de réflexion pour tenter de mettre en évidence les mécanismes inconscients maternels pouvant influer sur la décision de cesser l’allaitement prématurément. L’auteur étudie plus précisément les apports de la théorie de la séduction, du concept de rêverie maternelle, de l’imago maternelle, à la compréhension de cette situation clinique, aujourd’hui plus rare mais complexe. Loin d’une réflexion manichéenne sur l’allaitement maternel, sa démarche est de tenter de montrer à quel point ces premières interactions alimentaires entre la mère et son bébé constituent un terrain d’investigation riche par leur intensité émotionnelle et par les enjeux narcissiques et inconscients maternels.
520			_aAfter having described the clinical research concerning some mothers’choice to stop breastfeeding while still in the maternity ward, the author proposes several avenues of thought to try and understand the unconscious mechanisms which lie behind such a decision. To begin, the author takes a closer look at the theory of seduction, the concept of a mother’s capacity for reverie and her maternal imago in order to better understand this clinical situation which, although it is less frequent today, is more complex than before. Far from a Manichaean theory on breastfeeding, this approach tries to demonstrate to what degree these first feeding interactions between a mother and her child constitute a rich field of investigation because of their emotional intensity and because of the narcissistic and unconscious maternal stakes involved.
520			_aResumenEl autor presenta la situación clínica particular de las interrupciones precoces de la lactancia materna y su proyecto de investigación clínica, y propone unos ejes de reflexión centrados en los mecanismos inconscientes maternos que pueden influir en la decisión de dejar de dar el pecho prematuramente. El autor estudia particularmente los aportes de la teoría de la seducción, del concepto de « rêverie » materna, de la imago materna, y de la comprensión de esta situación clínica no tan frecuente como antes, pero si más compleja. El autor se aleja del maniqueísmo propio de la reflexión sobre la lactancia materna, insistiendo en la importancia de las primeras interacciones alimenticias entre la madre y su bebé, que constituyen un terreno de investigación muy rico, dada la intensidad emocional y los retos narcisistas e inconscientes maternos.
