520			_aRésuméA l’aide de deux exemples cliniques, cet article présente la psychothérapie individuelle d’orientation systémique, qui se situe à la croisée de l’approche psychodynamique et de l’approche des systèmes. Il est le fruit d’une réflexion menée avant tout par une clinicienne, qui relate d’abord l’itinéraire professionnel l’ayant conduite à ce type de psychothérapie. En proposant quelques techniques spécifiques d’intervention, l’article montre ensuite comment celles-ci favorisent un processus d’appropriation de soi par la libération des kystes émotionnels pathogènes.
