| 520 | _aRésuméCet article dégage les lignes directives des travaux nombreux sur la formation des thérapeutes TCC. Ils reprennent sous une forme nouvelle la problématique de l’alliance thérapeutique, à travers la notion de relation de collaboration. La TCC nécessite le développement de compétences sociales spécifiques et la prise de conscience de l’influence des cognitions et des émotions du thérapeute sur le processus thérapeutique. Le point est fait sur les travaux concernant la modification des cognitions et des émotions des thérapeutes ou cours de la supervision, selon les principes de l’apprentissage social et de la psychologie cognitivie. Un modèle à trois niveaux de formation et de supervision est proposé en fonction des niveaux de difficultés des problèmes cliniques. | ||

New insight on the problem of the therapeutic alliance are proposed through the concept of collaborative relationship. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy requires the development of specific social skills and awareness of the influence of the therapist’s cognitions and emotions on the therapeutic process. An update is made on the works dealing with the modification of the therapist’s emotions and cognitions along the supervision process, according to the social learning and cognitive psychology principles. A three level supervision and training model, in keeping with the levels of clinical problems difficulty, is proposed. | ||
